The staff here are excellent, cooperative, and provide great recommendations.

Location: the hotel was right by stores and food delivery. Had tea and goodies at Giorgio's Cafe & Deli, nestled 1 mi of the property. It was a joy spending time in the reasonably large room with the sofa, computer plus the internet. Towels and a bath were available there.

Magnificent and unbeatable location, overall I enjoyed the hotel.

Well-maintained and quiet hotel located in a peaceful area near the airport, West Palm Beach, and local restaurants. Rooms are equipped with computers, sofas, and internet access. Exceptional facilities provided. The staff is excellent and attentive throughout the hotel.

The 3 esd employees that I came in contact with during my stay exhibited extremely poor costomer service skills in my opinion. Upon check in I encountered an employee who was unaware of my reservation; it took almost 20 minutes to get into my room at 1am. I was issued 3 different keys to my room, none of which initially worked. I was never instructed on how to access in-room internet, and the phone in my room never worked, nor was fixed after bringing this to the attention of a front desk employee. An overall extremely disappointing experience for the money.

The whole floor smelled like pot!! Plus there was guests asking if we wanted to buy some!?!?

This place is pet-friendly and offers spacious, recently renovated rooms.

I like the privacy that is given and courtise by all the staff that is given too.

I do not like the fact that there is only one washer and drier on the facility. I think there should have been more for the volume of guest there.

I appreciated the central heating, multi-channel television, microwave oven, the amazingly comfortable bed, and the clean bathroom in the room.

The kitchen was good. The bed was okay. Check-out was fast and smooth.

The 3rd floor had an unpleasant stinch the entire stay. There was a towel that was left in the hallway from check-in to Check-Out (Even after we notified manager.). When you take a shower the condensation from the ceiling leaks on you (Disgusting!). Ironing board no iron. Room wasn't vacuumed. Where's the pride in this place???

I had a fantastic day during my stay and would definitely come back.
